Shipments are made only for the Spanish Peninsula. Those referred to deliveries in the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or elsewhere, should contact: firstname.lastname@example.org or call (+34) 986 665 444, to proceed to send you a relevant budget. The seller agrees two attempts to deliver the order at the address given, having no obligation to repay the amount or replace the product if you are not able to do for reasons beyond the seller such as address error, absence of the recipient, etc. The delivery time will be within 10 days. Any delay from that date, you should contact us or by calling: (+34) 986 665 444.
Being a perishable commodity, any claim must be made within a maximum period of 24 hours from the time of delivery. For any return must be an agreement between the seller and the buyer in case there was a reasonable defect in the product you have chosen. The buyer is entitled to free your chosen product or refund the amount without being able to claim any compensation in case there is a defect in the order and after checked and accepted by the seller.
All products have the price quoted when ordering through the online store Bodegas As Laxas. Prices can be modified in the virtual store without warning, but they can never change once the order is made.
